Why use this
Independent roofers lose money in the gap between the pitch and the paperwork. The quote was fair, the extra soakers were not on it, and the balance is still “the customer said they would transfer.” This site is the day book for that gap: the price, the invoice, the crew, and the money still out.
Pitches, coverings, leadwork and gutters. The words match the work, so the crew is not translating a garage program on the scaffold.
Voice, questions, or a normal one-page invoice. Save one before you subscribe and see the real bill, not a demo that vanishes.
Customers pay your bank, PayPal, or your own Stripe link. This site only bills the Pro membership.
Rates, hours, and a wage report. You can see who was on the roof and what that week cost.
Slate, membrane, lead and hoppers, with cost and a markup. Not a live supplier catalogue, and not a guess in a text message.
Jobs, reminders, birthdays and a timetable. Christmas notes and newsletters go out from the same list as the invoices.
What you can do on the free invoice
Speak the job, answer one page of questions, or fill the normal invoice. Labour, materials, VAT and a deposit sit on the same bill.
Strip and felt, slate and tile, flat roofs, leadwork, and gutters. Hours, rates, and material cost before anyone climbs.
Import the phone book where the browser allows it, or a vCard, or a CSV. Phone, email, address, and birthday stay with the property.
Name, phone, category, and the street. Rename Area to plot, elevation, or whatever the firm already says.
Type a balance, or upload a CSV. Collected and outstanding sit next to each other in reports.
Newsletter, birthday, and Christmas. Tick the people, use their name, and open the messages in your own mail app.

Pro
Simple is the day book. Pro is the firm: the dashboard, the estimates, the wages, the pipeline, and the reports you would otherwise rebuild on a Sunday night. Stripe bills it. You can stop. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
Money in, money still out, and where the jobs sit. Open it at the yard instead of rebuilding the week from memory.
Price the roof, send the estimate, then turn the accepted lines into the bill without typing them twice.
Hours on the timetable and the clock, times each rate. A report for the week, the month, or the year.
Customers, properties, materials, reminders, notices, and an audit of what changed in this browser.
Leads, quotes, categories and projects. Move a job from quoted to won without losing the phone number.
Pro is a monthly Stripe subscription. The first invoice is free so you can see the book before you pay.
Why roofers trust it
IBAN, SWIFT, sort code, account number, PayPal, and your Stripe link print on the bill. The customer pays the firm.
No card to see how a roofing bill looks. The next one needs Pro. That is the whole trial, and it is a real save.
The yard is stored in this browser, not sold as a lead list. Stripe may set its own cookies only on the checkout it hosts.
Pro is monthly. Cancel and the membership stops. You are not leasing the language of your own trade.
From the yard
On the roof
Most roofing invoices are late because the numbers live in three places: a photo of the delivery note, a voice note from the ridge, and a price that was agreed on the drive. By the time someone is back at a desk, the deposit has been forgotten and the extra lead around the chimney has become a favour.
Write it while the pitch is still in front of you. A voice invoice takes the words you would have texted. A question invoice asks who, what work, which materials, how many hours, and what deposit you already took. The one-page invoice is there when you already know the lines. All three end as the same bill: labour, materials, VAT, and the balance.
The first one is free, with no password. Save it in this browser, show it to the customer, and only then decide if the yard is worth Pro. That is the point of the free invoice. It is a real bill, not a tour.
The money
A roof is rarely paid in one movement. Scaffold, a deposit before the strip, materials on account, and a balance when the ridge is mortared. If those amounts live in a notebook, the firm is financing the next job with money it has already earned.
Roofers Invoices keeps the deposit on the invoice and the balance in Money owed. You can type an old balance without a spreadsheet, or bring a CSV across from the last book. Reports then split the period into money collected and money still owed, so the month is not one hopeful total.
Put your own bank details on the bill: account name, sort code, account number, IBAN and SWIFT, plus PayPal and a Stripe payment link if you use one. The customer pays you. The membership is the only charge this website takes.
The firm
A chat is fine for “on the rear pitch, two more bundles.” It is a poor place for who still owes £1,820, which slater was on the clock, and whether the Christmas note went to the landlord or the tenant. Messages scroll away. Invoices should not.
The yard book holds the customer, the property, the crew rate, and the job. Rename the fields if your firm says street, plot, or elevation instead of area. Import contacts from the phone so the number is not trapped in one person’s handset. When the list is there, a newsletter, a birthday, or a Christmas close is the same list as the invoices.
Roofers trust a tool that does not pretend to be their bank. Card numbers for Pro stay with Stripe. The yard you type stays in this browser until you deploy a database of your own. You can leave. The words, meanwhile, stay the words of a roofing firm.
